last week I worked on some artwork-indexer bugs/tasks:
 * fixed a sql performance issue causing the queue to rise
 * fixed a bug causing certain failed events being stuck in "queued"
 * updated the project to require python 12 (and released a new metabrainz/python image for this)
 * opened a PR to manage dependencies with poetry
